Over the years, coffee, tea, and tobacco, can cause a gradual discoloration of the teeth. This kind of staining will often respond quite well to professional bleaching. The results you see here were achieved in the span of one month. Notice the contrast between the same reference shade to the left of the front teeth in both pictures. The appearance of naturally discolored or mis-shapen teeth can be modified by placing a very thin, precisely fitted and matched porcelain veneer over the front of the tooth. The upper front six teeth were altered using this technique. Additional back teeth were altered using porcelain crowns.
